Third Screen Talent is currently working with a client in the Pacific Northwest who are looking for experienced Jommla developers. We really need you to know Joomla inside out. Some of the things you will be doing are: 

- Builds and maintains the Joomla! application framework and content management system
- Converting design HTML into Joomla! templates while keeping the design intact 
- Installation and integration of Joomla! and all the relevant components 
- Customizing the Joomla! extensions wherever required 
- Must be capable of working with very tight deadlines
- Interface with development team members and team leads to ensure smooth transition of creative assets.
- Must have solid communication skills and ability to communicate with management on a regular basis

Here is what you need to have:
- Expert knowledge of Joomla!
- Experience in optimizing Joomla! based websites for high volumes of traffic and load
- Deep experience with Web Architectures, RDBMS Design, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, etc.
- Experience architecting high availability websites using Open Source solutions such as Apache, MySQL, Linux, Varnish, etc.
- Experience developing and deploying solutions with Django, Rails, Drupal, Joomla! or other CMS's.
- Experience solving real-world problems with Python, PHP, Jquery, JavaScript or Ruby.
- Compulsion for testing your work in IE7+, FF, Safari and Chrome
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with version control systems 
- Experience coding pixel-perfect UI's from detailed Photoshop layered designs.
- Meets specified deadlines
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- BS or BA; or equivalent work experience
