Compensation Range - $65,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities
Ensure the highest level of service to clients and guest.
Develop and mentor managers, supervisors and staff to execute at the highest level.
Maximize Revenue by controlling cost lines and participating in ongoing strategy meetings.

Experience
Must have experience in a 4 - 4.5 Star, Luxury Hotels/Facility as:

Banquet Manager managing more than 10,000 sq/ft of meeting space doing more than $6 million/yr in event revenue.

or

Assistant Banquet Manager managing more than 15,000 sq/ft of meeting space doing more than $12 million/yr in event revenue.
