Info: Oracle Process Mfg (OPM) R12 Functional upgrade

Customer has started with its R12 upgrade project and we have completed 2 test upgrades with several OPM Issues. We need a stellar OPM consultant to guide us through the setups and migration issues and work with our IT analysts and the business to implement proactive fixes in either 11i or R12. Also work with our in house DBA team and Oracle Product Development to manage the deployment in an aggressive downtime window of 3 days. Customer has a lot of customizations throughout our Oracle implementation - We need to understand if any of these in OPM and Inventory can be replaced with standard functionality.

1. Experience with 11i and R12 OPM. Hands on experience with Oracle OPM migration     from 11i to R12 with multiple clients.

2. Experience with SLA as replacement for OPM Costing in R12.

3. Understanding of other Oracle modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, TCA, Costing. Knowledge of ASCP and MSCA is a nice to have.

4. Understanding of Oracle's Data Model for OPM and Inventory. Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle APIs.

5. Other skills : Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. Needs to be a quick learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Will need to coordinate with global teams for business, DBA and development.

6. Travel Ready: May need to travel to UK or other Customer sites. Should have a valid passport and appropriate US visa that will allow us to obtain travel visa's quickly.
