A successful title company located in the Loop is seeking a Title Examiner to join their team! The Title Examiner will search public records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of a property title. Responsibilities will include examining copies of records to determine ownership and legal restrictions as well as to verify legal description of property. A qualified candidate will have 3+ years of title experience with knowledge of the foreclosure process; enjoy working in a dead-line driven environment and a team-player mentality.
