This is a wonderful opportunity to practice at a beautiful facility located in Northern Indiana about two hours from Chicago and in the backyard of some of the nations premier universities. This well established group of 5 family practice physicians is seeking a Family Practice physician willing to work full-time.  This is an employed position with over 50 physicians in the larger multi-specialty group.  The physician would provide primary care to all ages typical of Family Medicine including neonatal care and pediatrics.  No OB.  The group works 4.5 days a week so don’t worry about working Friday afternoon, we close at NOON!!  The practice utilizes multiple exam rooms plus a private office.  EMR – GE Centricity in place.
