Our exciting growth creates another Technical Support Engineer position to cover our conveyor support in our Customer Service division and will be a key technical interface within our superior customer service department. The perfect candidate will effectively and efficiently isolate and troubleshoot problems reported from customers via hotline phone support. They will be skilled in resolving customer's problems on a real time basis and tapping into the resources of other departments to expedite as necessary. They will document all activity for analysis and correction within our Incident Management System. Travel is minimally required for onsite emergency services and support of our field service operations.
