Description:

• Application support and development for existing Microsoft platform of applications
• Troubleshoots production issues, identifying root cause and designing appropriate solution; 
• Manage project plans and drive projects to completion on-time 
• Meets with key business personnel define requirements for new projects/functionality
• Develops and supports custom solutions in support of customer business functions;　　
• Coordinate people and tasks.
• Designs, codes, tests, and debugs complex programs and integration to other systems

 

Requirements:

• Application Design and Architecture, Application Programming and Development, Database Design and Query, Web Design
• NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Win and Web Form),　
• MS SQL Server, Oracle (PL/SQL), and Access.
• XML and XSD, SSRS, SharePoint (2010, MOSS2007), ADO, ODBC, Transaction Server, Visual Source Safe, COM/DCOM, ActiveX, and 3rd party controls
•  ability to communicate verbally in meeting and through written reports.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems in creative "entrepreneurial way"
• Ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies and shrink wrapped software packages
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Excellent analytical skills 
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements.
