About The Opportunity
40,000 volume
10 hour shifts           
            7a-5p | 9a-7p | 4p-2a | 7p-7a
            * Double coverage: 9am - 2am          
            * Single coverage: 2am-9am

Fast Track is staffed by mid-level providers

Stroke, Radiology, Neurology and Hospitalist Teams are on-site
            *Hospitalist Team handles patient admitting

Candidate Requirements
Active New York Medical License
Residency-trained in Emergency Medicine
ABEM or AOBEM Certified or Prepared


Compensation and Benefits
Hospital Employee

Base Salary contingent upon experience: $190K - $250K/year
            * Equivalent to $161 - $200/hr.
            * Night specialists will receive a 10-15% increase

$6,000 Expense Account
$5,000 Medical Account
401K: 3%match (First year)
            Beyond first year, match plus profit share (~25K contrib.)

Small annual bonus based on profitability

5 weeks of PTO (18 shifts)
