Responsibilities:

• Deliver IT projects in the Finance space
• Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope and specifications
• Coordinate the work of design and development teams to implement online designs
• Manage the team and assigned project including coordination, status reports, and stability of the project work effort; manage financial, scope, and critical path for assigned projects
• Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet customer needs and requirements
• Coordinate communication with all enterprise areas that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the project
• Resolves project related issues or operational issues impacting IT or business 
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet the customer's expectations  
• Assist Program Manager(s) in partnering with senior management in the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities to utilize IT to achieve enterprise goals
• Assist and prepare the budget, forecast, and capital reports
• Coordinate system analysis and applications development activities through direct and indirect staff
• Assist and recommend process and quality improvement activities for the organization

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience within Information Technology implementing large-scale business systems from a computer programming environment
• IT Project Management experience with a Fortune 500 Company
• Experience working with Finance Business Units 
• High-level knowledge and proficiency in Project Management methodologies, Resource Management practices and Change Management techniques
• Advanced knowledge of major package applications software
• Strong knowledge and understanding of financial business principles, practices and procedures
• US Citizens and Permanent Residents only

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field with coursework in technology-related subjects
• Project Management Institute Project Management Professional Certification
