AccuFile, Inc. is seeking an Analyst on behalf of our client, a prestigious consulting firm. This is a full-time position located in Boston, MA. This is a fantastic career opportunity for the right individual!

The Analyst will support consulting teams by providing expertise and support on Organization topics, with a special focus on the area of organizational design.

Responsibilities:
• Executes and coordinates complex research across regions (including internal and external expert interviews)

• Establishes credibility with case teams; takes positions and draws conclusions on a range of external and internal issues

• Provides analytic services and best practice benchmarking
• Provides sophisticated synthesis and packaging of results (e.g., Excel data manipulation, client-ready PowerPoint slides)
• Supports client partners and principals on proposal, lead preparation and other marketing activities
• Authors and produces training materials
• Promotes innovation by recognizing new concepts and facilitating their capture (e.g., facilitates documentation of new framework developed by case team as part of client work)

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills
• Affinity to IT and information systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with all levels of seniority
• Strong communication and excellent English language skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple parallel tasks
• Flexibility (assignments at client locations are possible)
• Proficient skills in MS Office

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in organization design, change management, or HR management

• Prior global firm experience a plus

Education:
• BA required; Master's degree preferred - with demonstrated high academic achievement, preferably in Business Administration focused on Organization topics
