Direct-Hire Opportunities at global consulting firm – PeopleSoft Program Manager

·       Should possess a successful track record of executing complex Enterprise Application projects and, instrumental in fostering client relationships, negotiation of contracts, management of large-scale IT operations and formulation of IT/ERP strategy.

·       Strong consulting, project management & delivery experience, excellent communication skills, metrics management, relationship management, and strong knowledge of PeopleSoft (both functionally and technically). Responsible for starting & leading key engagements for our PeopleSoft related projects within the Oracle solutions practice.

·       Experience in managing cross functional and cross cultural teams of various sizes; experience working on Information Technology procurement and contracts management; managing, implementing and supporting ERP applications for clients.

·       In addition to managing end-to-end delivery for large projects, experience with delivery related thought leadership in the PeopleSoft space and being well-versed with upgrades, implementations and maintenance projects is a must.

·       Should be a dynamic people-manager with a proven track record of building and motivating teams to achieve quantifiable results, engaging client C-Level leadership.

·       Effective large-scale program and personnel management with full P&L responsibility

·       Experience in managing IT programs of high complexity – multiple partners, tight timelines, changing scope, global/regional teams

·       Strong experience in working and managing large complex programs involving PSFT HCM  9.0 and 9.1 , PSFT Financials across the globe

·       Ability to bring insights about program management and proactively help drive the program direction at Client

·       Smart and quick to learn – understand and address details of program without losing sight of overall program goals

·       Hands on experience in executing programs in Global delivery model in both T&M and Fixed Scope/Price models

·       15+ years experience and at least 2 end to end programs as a program manager

·       Strong experience onsite/ offshore model
