Kay and Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Training Coordinator to provide support for customer and client employee product training activities. The individual in this role will manage scheduling activities associated with product training, including:
- Confirming requirements and engaging a business development manager for assistance if requirements are unclear
- Working with customers and managers to arrange mutually acceptable delivery dates
- Scheduling instructor, classrooms and lab facilities once training dates are confirmed
- Coordinating delivery of required course materials
- Sending confirmation notices to participants and participant managers
- Registering and tracking participants
- Facilitating program evaluations
- Tracking order processing and invoicing working with Sales, Order Management and Finance
- Maintaining accurate information in Wallchart and customer folders
- Facilitate opening and closing of courses and course delivery
- Interfacing directly with customers regarding scheduling and related details for all types of training
- Providing professional and personal assistant to customers in answering inquiries
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient use of computer systems including Microsoft Office including Outlook, SAP, Wallchart, Learning Management Systems
- Able to work outside of standard US business hours when needed to assist with coverage for global time zones
