Description:

Roles will include

• Drive business initiatives to fulfill the overall targets
• Identify key opportunities in the business environment for sustained operations and growth.
• Instrumental role in Associate engagement & development
• Ensure that internal processes and metrics are aligned to create the highest quality of products and solutions to the customer
• Be responsible for building strong relationships with major corporate customers
• Lead operations to deliver higher value to customer
• Strategize and build existing business.
• Identify and realize new lines of business
• Display thought-leadership to manage large teams

Pre-requisites

• A successful IT career background of 15+ years with at least 12 years in SAP 
• Engineering degree from a leading Indian/international university
• Working experience in managing large projects to key account customers providing solutions using – SAP technology
• Comfort level to deal with challenges & perform larger responsibilities
