CONTRACT MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER (NORMAL, IL)

Description:

The Contract Account Manager is responsible for running an efficient and profitable contract. S/he will operate the department at maximum production, controlling costs, building and maintaining a loyal customer base with your contract, maintaining good employee relationships, setting and attaining cost and profit objectives, and maintaining service records.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain Customer Satisfaction
• Handle daily operations and schedule units for repair
• Maintain close Customer contact
• Review Customer invoices for accuracy and review repairs with Customer
• Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations
• Review reports provided by the accounting department on a monthly basis
• Review repair orders daily
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers
• Serve as liaison with factory representatives and O.E.M.’s
• Break down estimates into labor and parts b
Requirements:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• High school diplomas or the equivalent
• Two years of experience in a truck repair facility
• ASE certification preferred
• One year of supervisory experience
• Excellent communication, supervisory, and managerial skills
• Ability to operate the department at a profit according to dealership guidelines
