We are seeking Customer Service Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for safely installing, maintaining, inspecting and removing all types of liquid and/or gaseous cryogenic supply systems. Interacts with customers regarding work at the customer's site. Performs pipefitting, rotating equipment PM's, electrical analysis on system components, test and perform oxygen cleaning, and refrigeration procedures. Territory includes areas in Southern California near Santa Clarita, CA.

Requires computer proficiency including but not limited to; Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, internet searches, Blackberry smart phones and handheld data entry devices. Tech works an 8 hour day and on call 24 hours unless scheduled off. Job includes safe operation of a company service vehicle in all types of weather.

Must be an organized self-starter and able to use a handheld device to plan their day per work order priority. Need to have professional personality to communicate with sales, the call center and customers. Skill set for the core work will be to read a print, understand p&id's and materials of construction, layout and install system, pipefitting, electrical trouble shooting, understand regulators, solenoids, check valves, different types of valves manual and automatic, pressure relief devices, rupture discs, honest and trust worthy. The company will train the candidate in Chicago usually training sessions are a week long. We require our employee's to be team players and safety is part of our everyday culture. Training forum is college level classes starting with prerequisite such as regulators and pressure working into atmospheric gases. Hydrogen, CO2, High pressure pumps, electrical AC/DC, pipe jointing, technical cleaning. Must be able to learn.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED

Entry level - 2+ years’ installation, maintenance, repair of mechanical and electrical systems

Must be technology savvy and have the ability to use the above mentioned software and devices
