You will develop functional specifications, use cases, business processes and product design specifications for our web and mobile software products and services. You will work closely with internal and external customers to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. The key to this position is mobile applications.

Required Experience:

·         3+ years as a Business Analyst with a focus on Mobile

·         1+ years of strong mobile application experience (high preference for field service industry experience with specific)

·         Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

·         Use cases

·         Full Life Cycle development experience

·         Agile experience

·         Experience gathering user interface requirements

·         Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

·         Very consultative personality
