Maintenance Supervisor (closed)
This Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing the preventative maintenance, production support, shutdown activities and all major maintenance by overseeing maintenance resources to assure the production plan is met or exceeded while maintaining all areas of the facility in an acceptable state of functionality and appearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritionals. Five years maintenance experience with mechanical aptitude/abilities and a working knowledge of mechanical, machine, electrical or instrumentation trades required. Three years supervisory experience required. Must possess proficiency in technical field, excellent written and verbal communication, and planning/organization skills and attention to detail; excellent analytical troubleshooting skills. The ability to make sound decisions under pressure, give direction, prioritize and delegate tasks are required. Excellent customer service skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Aseptic filling lines is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
