Our client, a 250 + bed Hospital in Central Connecticut is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for their Inpatient Pharmacy with a specialization in Critical Care/Emergency Care

In this position, you will provide clinical pharmacy services in an outpatient and/or inpatient practice area, by providing drug therapy management and assessment for patients in the practice area of Emergency and/or Critical Care. In addition provides support for established programs including, but not limited to, drug formulary, pharmacy education programs, and quality improvement and research relating to drug therapy.
