Account Manager - Legal Document Services Division (closed)

The Account Manager's primary focus is the marketing and sales of Legal Document Services (LDS) products and services to new and existing clients within a defined sales territory/list of accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for a minimum annual quota dependent upon territory assignment. As an Account Manager you will serve as the first point of contact for all customer requirements and will be responsible for maximizing revenue growth. Regular activities include prospecting via phone, e-mail or other medium; face-to-face sales calls (5 to 10 sales calls per day) utilizing the IKON sales process; follow-up letters/e-mails; interaction with clients and potential clients at sponsored events. Account Managers are required to complete IKON's Legal Document Services training - including ongoing skill and knowledge development beyond initial sales training
