Job Competencies:

System Engineers is expected to work on architectures and requirements with North America Service Providers for integration of IMS and LTE into the customer's IT systems. System Engineer travels approximately 25% within the continental United States. Must be a US citizen.

Knowledge, Skills, Certifications:

OSS/BSS System Engineer must possess the following:

• More than 5 years of proven OSS/BSS experience.
• Solid knowledge of: 1360 COM, 5620 SAM, SDM HSS/HLR, 8615 IECCF, BTS, 5420 CTS, 5420 PCM, 5900 MRF, 5450 ISC/IRC, 1357 ULIS, 5020 MGC-8, 5060 MGC-8, 7510 MGW, 5420 SCG, 9412 evolved Node B , 7750 PGW, 7750 SGW, 9471 MME, 5100 CMS, 5410 PS, 5410 XDMS, Vital QIP, 8950 SAM, 5430 MMIM, 8610 ICC, 5780 DSC/ PCRF.
• Strong understanding of 3GPP2 and 3GPP wireless technologies, SOAP/XML, SNMP, ACR/CDR, FTP, SCP, RTP, UNIX.
• Previous experience with SharePoint and Experium is a plus.
