Professional Development Manager (closed)
An international law firm is seeking a Professional Development Manager to lead the development and implementation of a high quality Professional Development program.
This will include an annual needs analysis and planning of the training program calendar for competency based learning programs for various job levels, working closely with HR on the identification of training needs through the performance review process and the sourcing of internal and external providers for high quality programs suitable for legal professionals.
Required Skills / Qualifications
- 5 years + in a learning and development management role with a highly regarded company
- Strong English language skills
- Previous management experience would be desirable as would strong Japanese language skills and Japanese working experience
- Professional Services experience, especially a law firm, or other types of professional services such as accounting, business consulting, financial advisory and tax would be highly regarded
