Robert Half Finance & Accounting is searching through our healthcare partner for a Regional Accounts Receivable Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess an accounting, or MIS degree, at least 10 years healthcare industry experience and prior supervision of past due accounts and collections, process efficiencies implementation, supervision of 20 - 30 indirect report employees, supervision of daily DR activities, including posting, processing, and verification of receipts and refunds.

Knowledge of anomalies and discrepancies discovery, aging reports, medical claims and medicare/third party payors, and a strong understanding of all billing requirements for federal, state, local agencies, and third party payors required.  Excellent communication abilities and strong interpersonal and speaking experience is preferred.  Superior benefits and competitive compensation offered!
