The successful candidate will work as a productive member of the Nuance/ Genesys Integration Services team, actively engaged in a variety of tasks which may include new feature Development, Troubleshooting, bug fixing, Upgrades, and testing, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience working in an enterprise environment that demands a highly reliable, highly resilient, growing CTI environment.
• Must have experience with Nuance Development Framework (NDF)
• Experience with VXML, GRXML Grammar Types
• Skilled in Java, JSP, Genesys
• Design and engineering experience with Genesys
• Skilled in Troubleshooting and maintenance
• Proficient in managing updates

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Possesses an analytical, problem solving orientation; logically identifies and analyzes problems
• Understands and applies procedures, regulations, and policies related to areas of specialized expertise
• Work from detailed specifications to design, develop, implement, and maintain high-quality technical solutions.
• Provide and meet time estimates for assigned deliverables
• Work independently
• Good communication skills
