TrainingFolks is currently looking for eLearning Designers/Developers in the Washington DC area with experience using Adobe Captivate.

This is a remote opportunity open to those who reside in the Baltimore-Washington area!

The eLearning Designers/Developers should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, eLearning and/or adult education or equivalent.  Masters Degree an asset.
• Seasonsed consultative skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts, developers, and other personnel to ensure the highest level of quality in final products
• Experience utilizing multimedia technology and authoring tools to develop interactive and engaging online programs, specifically with Captivate 5.0 or 5.5
• Experience converting existing content into Captivate is an asset
• Background and/or experience with Government cleints; Military projects; Specific experience with the IRS is an asset
• Experience designing educational content is an asset
• Thorough understanding of, and experience designing learning that meets 508 compliance requirements
• Association with the World Wide Web Consortium or W3C is an asset
• Detail-Oriented, Organized, Patient and a Team Player.

Location: 

• Remote (with occasional on-site meetings in Washington, DC). 
• Candidates must be within the Baltimore-Washington area

Project Length:

• 6-8 Months, starting in May 2012
• Approximately (30-35 hrs/week)
