We are currently seeking a seasoned professional for Project Manager III that can manage a large infrastructure project.

Ideally we will require someone who has strong project management experience and a business analyst background. We would like someone who has worked in a bank in the Infrastructure and Operations organization and they should have the following strengths and experience: 

- Ability to work independently and under pressure 
- Strong project management skills to bring teams together to build consensus to be successful 
- Be able to work in an environment that has many competing priorities where resources are not always available 
- Strong time management skills 
- Strong communications skills where they leverage all communication options 
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to someone and not rely on email 
- Ability continually track status of tasks 
- Ability to build and maintain a project plan and task list and baseline for milestone dates 
- Have an understanding of Java application development 
- Have experience with implementing management tools 
- Knowledge of application monitoring tool (understanding the process) 
- Very good understanding of application lifecycle management 
- Very good understanding of production support models 
- Strong documentation skills 
- Experience with building business cases 
- Strong budgeting and estimation skills 
- Strong project reporting skills to understand when to Project Change Request or change the status of a project 
- Personable and friendly style and nature 
- Does not take no for an answer, always looking to find a better way and faster way to do something while working in the bounds of process, but not afraid to push against it.
