Job Description:
Pro Computer Service is seeking a candidate that has GREAT communication and technical ability for an in house help desk position in one of South Jersey’s fastest growing IT companies. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes/skill sets:
Great communication skills and attention to detail
Strong Knowledge of Windows 2008/2003 Servers (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, RRAS)
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010
Ability to troubleshoot backup software (Acronis, Replay, Symantec)
Knowledge of Windows Operating systems as well as the registry, anti-virus applications
Knowledge of configuring various types of routers for port forwarding, DMZ, wireless
Imaging of systems and system preps
Ability to configure a desktop to be accessed remotely
Must be self-motivated and able to work in an exciting fast paced environment.
Ability to troubleshoot
The following skills are not required at first but will be a plus:
Virtualization
Any type of computer certification
