Our client is a branded gastro pub operator with an exciting and growing portfolio of well established and sensationally designed operations. Due to this growth they are looking for the very best Head Chefs around to ensure the quality of their menus and the profitability of their restaurants.

The Job Role:

As Head Chef you will responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operation developing an effective quality lead team and ensuring that every customer is served to the highest possible specification every time.  As you will be working with a branded menu consistency of product is essential however there will be opportunities for you to put your own stamp on things with an extensive specials offer.  As well as showing passion and flair in the delivery of your food you will also be required to maintain standards of hygiene/health & safety in the kitchen and manage effective back office systems.
