Principal Electrical Engineer (closed)
The Principal Electrical Engineer will manage projects, review and evaluate work, and develop and present reports to management. The Principal Electrical Engineer will work together with other division personnel to provide electrical engineering support. This person must have exceptional technical judgment and the ability for independent evaluation, creativity, and decision making. He/she will need to frequently devise innovative solutions to problems and independently perform complex engineering tasks in a demanding and ever changing atmosphere. The Principal Electrical Engineer will be responsible for developing objectives, schedules, and estimates for difficult assignments. This person will need to understand electro-mechanical applications and have experience with PLC, controls, and sizing motors.He/she will have demonstrated the effective use of the principles, practices, and procedures of electrical engineering. A minimum of 10 years progressive experience in electrical engineering responsibilities is required. An understanding of the amusement/theme park industry and experience working in an ISO-9000 rated company is helpful. A B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering is required, Masters Degree is preferred. PE is a plus.
Salary commensurate with experience.
