Lead UI Developer
This position works collaboratively with and assists in leading a team of software developers to create commercially available software products that meet specified standards and requirements. These products are sold in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model to hospitals and other healthcare sites to assist in improving clinical outcomes, reducing waste and preparing for new methods of delivering care as required by health reform.
Key Accountabilities:
  :  Writes code and assists in development of new products and enhances and maintains existing products
  :  Provide leadership towards expanding the enterprise common user interface framework and widget library
  :  Analyzes and addresses requirements in product design
  :  Estimates work effort
  :  Creates and executes unit test cases (both automated and manual)
  :  Provides support to resolve customer issues, perform debugging, and create patches
  :  Constant collaboration with the software release team
  :  Mentors other developers

Top 3-5 must have skills:
  :  Demonstrated experience working with a multidisciplinary team in the development and delivery of successful web-based commercial software - greenfield and/or brownfield
  :  Demonstrated expertise with JavaScript and JQuery on the Java platform
  :  Understanding of Java, Spring, Hibernate, Dojo, TestNG, SQL
  :  Demonstrated experience with Agile Development methodologies
  :  Ability to enable the technical direction for web-based commercial software
  :  High level of technical competence
