Responsibilities:

• Will represent, among others: developers, lenders, investment banks, real estate investment trusts, private equity and hedge funds, domestic and foreign investors, state and municipal government bodies, pension funds and major corporations in connection with real estate-related transactions.
•  Will assist clients with joint venture transactions among private parties and with the public sector; the public and private offerings of various types of real estate securities; securitized lending transactions and associated secondary market transactions; leasing on behalf of landlords and major tenants; real estate litigation; and restructurings on behalf of lenders and borrowers.
