Our client is a Magic Circle Law Firm who have one of the most established presence in Asia for at least the past two decades. The transactions they service are normally with high-profile clients and, because of this, the nature of the work can be equally diverse as it is interesting. Their IP team at the moment is in a rare position to make an addition to their team.

Suitable candidates will need to have an in-depth understanding of the regulatory guidelines pertaining to intellectual property issues from both a contentious and non-contentious standpoint. More specifically, the exposure to patent-related work will be essential. You will need to have at least 2 years of post-qualified experience from a Top Tier International Law firm or a Top PRC-based firm. The right candidate will need to have had some exposure to the PRC market as well.

You will be given a tremendous amount of autonomy and will have to be comfortable in being the first point of contact for various corporate clients. The guidance from partners will be there for you whenever necessary.

You will need to be at least PRC qualified with any additional qualifications being a great advantage for this role. Due to the nature of work, you must be fluent in English and a Native Mandarin-speaker.
