McKinley, a national leader in real estate and property management, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in Orlando, FL.
As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for directing all marketing and sales activities for a portfolio of multi-family, third-party managed properties including, but not limited to duties such as assessing the marketing needs, ensuring national standards in product presentation, resident correspondence, sales, customer service and market collateral creation, and coordinating sales efforts by establishing monthly sales and lease renewal goals. Travel will be required.
Requirements: The successful candidate will possess at least seven to ten years of industry experience or a combination of related and industry experience; a Bachelors degree (B.A.); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Senior or executive level Sales/Marketing experience required.
