Our client, an US fashion retailer, is now looking for VM Manager to join their retail team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and visual impact though the arrangement of tables, fixtures, walls and mannequins while maintaining company visual guidelines
• Keep and update floorset shops while upholding visual standards
• Follow the monthly Visual calendar
• Support in hiring, staffing, retention, training and development of visual team

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in Visual merchandising
• High-flexibility, strong communication interpersonal ability
• Time management aptitude
• Delegate and follow-up appropriately and effectively
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
