You will plan, implement and monitor all aspects of your assigned communities, guaranteeing the maximum level of resident satisfaction while achieving an optimal profitability and ensuring a high quality of service. Mentoring the community manager in all aspects of operations, employee relations, resident relations, and regulatory compliance issues. Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of the state regulations for assisted living.

Candidate:  Must have 3+ years experience managing the multi-site business operations of IL, AL, Memory Care or CCRC's.   Bachelors degree preferred, must demonstrate strong leadership skills, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, as well as the ability set clear direction for the communities in conjunction with the company’s core values.  Ability to strategically focus within an ever-changing industry.  Excellent compensation package, a lucrative and attainable bonus program. Traveling is required.
