Administrative Assistant (Contractor) - Pharmaceutical contracts

Our Pharmaceutical client in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Contracts Department for a Long-Term Contract role. The incumbent must have Pharmaceutical industry experience and Contracts support experience.
Duties include preparing documents for signature, routing documents for approval, tracking documents, maintaining Quickbase database, telephone and email follow-up with internal and external customers, filing and general ad hoc support of Contracts Function.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must have excellent telephone and written communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and work independently.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience required
