DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides direction and management to all engineering operations.

2. Implements company technical service and human relations policies, maintains budget and salary structure, directs implementation of quality assurance program.

3. Assists in regional sales program and client relations.

4. Involved in development of long and short range business plan for the company.

5. May also function as a Project Manager or Senior Engineer on specific projects as appropriate.
