The candidate is responsible or developing web-based solutions and reports utilizing .NET and Microsoft Reporting Services.  Proficiency in VB.NET/C# is mandatory.   A proven ability to create design specification sand develop software that meets customer requirements, fulfills overall product requirements, and achieves defined performance criteria is important.  Success in this role will require a commitment to identifying, learning, and applying the best development practices to enhance overall software quality.  developer must thrive in a focused, productive high-intensity, and team-oriented environments.  you will be part of a highly skilled, enthusiastic development team that is developing business solutions in an energetic organization:

Job requirements:

• Degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering or related area
• 4+ years of VB.NET and C#
• 3+ years experienced with SQL Server (2005/2008)
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Report Writer
• solid understanding of object-oriented programming and of modern software development practices (version control, secure coding unit testing, code documentation, etc.)
• deep knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4/0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASMX, and WCF  Web Services, and ADO.NET
• strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated attention to detail
• excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• candidate must be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team player and possess exceptional relationship management skills
• knowledge of Sybase would be an asset.
