Job Description

Human Resource Dimensions has been retained to identify the lead HR professional for a client in Alpharetta.  The HR Director will be responsible for all HR activities within one of the company’s quickly growing division.  This includes payroll, benefits, recruiting, learning and development and employment relations.

Opportunity:

The Director of Human Resources will partner and collaborate with Senior Management as a strategic business partner and change agent.? ?This person will be responsible for the further development and execution of human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.The Vice President of Human Resources will manage a team of Human Resources professionals. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity for international interaction, high level input and future growth.
 
 
Requirements:
  • a strong background of demonstrated Human Resources experience
  • Proven success in driving HR programs in developing, changing environments
  • Significant accomplishments as an HR business partner
The person in this role must demonstrate the combination of business acumen and strong Human Resource functional knowledge. This includes:  
  • Master's Degree (or equivalent education) strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of proven experience in progressively increasing roles and responsibility levels in human resources
  • Experience within the IT services industry
  • 4+ years of direct supervisory experience of other HR professionals
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
  • Exceptional analytical conceptual and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a demanding, fast paced environment
  • Great endurance and flexibility to work in a moving situation
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Very service and results orientated, proactive, very dedicated work ethic
  • Extensive experience with US Employment laws and regulations
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
