The Health & Public Service operating group serves health organizations, government agencies, institutions and nonprofit organizations worldwide providing a broad range of consulting, technology, system integration and business processing services.
Accenture seeks a Health Applied Analytics Provider or Payer Strategy Delivery Lead who manages and leads business intelligence strategy and enterprise analytics assessments for our Provider or Payer clients, following Accenture's Provider Analytics Assessment methodology. The Delivery Lead will possess strong knowledge of analytics and business intelligence capabilities and leading practices, and working knowledge of data integration and data management. They will have good working experience in the health provider or payer industry and demonstrated experience in consulting, project / program management, and sales. They will have strong senior executive / C-suite presence and be prepared for significant travel as the role is very client-facing.
The Payer/Provider Strategy Delivery Lead contributes to the development of Accenture's capabilities to be incorporated into the Offering, Service, or Product, including:
Sales
- Supporting Sales Leads to grow our pipeline and close deals
- Providing input and support on our offering strategy in the Provider market or Payer market
- Representing Accenture Healthcare Analytics in marketing events including association and vendor conferences, and other public forums
- Sales target as set by the Health Analytics Leadership team annually.
Delivery
- Leading BI Strategy and Analytics Assessment engagements, with oversight across multiple accounts, and possibly across multiple workforces and geographies
- Managing delivery of products and services in cooperation with product development team
- Training, mentoring, and supporting retention of key staff in the Practice
Product Development
- Developing a close understanding of relevant client demand for analytics-based products/services in order to guide our product development
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors in Statistics, Mathmatics, Health Informatics, Public Health, Health Administration or related field

At least five years of experience working with/for US healthcare providers or payers

At least three years of experience in program management and delivery

At least three years leading strategy / strategic planning engagements

At least three years of experience delivering BI and Analytics oriented services and products in the US Healthcare industry
Preferred Qualifications:

Masters or PhD in Statistics, Mathmatics, Health Informatics, Public Health, Health Administration or related field

Minimum of ten years of experience working with/for US healthcare providers or payers
-
At least three years of experience with healthcare population management, risk modeling, financial modeling, medical homes or integrated delivery models.

At least five years of consulting, outsourcing or business process outsourcing delivery experience

Minimum of five years of experience developing and delivering BI and Analytics oriented services and products in the US Healthcare industry
