Job Description

 

Responsible for the management and development of Interval?s membership Product Line and strategic revenue and non-revenue producing Partnerships.  Individual owns product value proposition, membership materials, pricing strategies, enhancements of the existing Product portfolio and value proposition along with continuous identification of new product development, benefit offerings, and business growth initiatives.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Oversees, develops and executes Product Line Strategy through the analysis and re-rationalization of product portfolio, pricing strategies, and program/service offerings.

 

Develops marketing programs to support and enhance partnership performance.

 

Redesigns product offerings, benefit features, and product structure to best fit member and partner needs/demands as well as supporting company-wide growth goals. 

 

Manages all Strategic Partner relationships and oversee business performance/growth in both product sales, benefit offerings as well as marketing programs.

 

Build incremental revenue and enhanced member affinity through management, growth, education, and cross-sell of existing and new benefit programs and strategic partnerships.

 

Owns and manages all product fulfillment and communication materials and processes ? ranging from procurement, fulfillment, and creation.  Streamline processes for enhanced efficiencies and cost savings opportunities.

 

Owns the creation and daily oversight of Consumer Marketing budget.

 

Experience in value proposition ownership and development.

 

Creates the foundation and blue print for global/international applications.

 

Builds strong cross-functional relationships and makes presentation to senior management.

 

Explores and introduces new product, business, and/or revenue growth extensions.

 

Responsible for member Insights. Conducts ad hoc surveys, reviews and analyzes member behavior within product sets and conducts competitive and marketplace benchmarking.

 

Manages Interval Community.

 

Builds and develops supporting organization.

 

Performs other related duties as requested.

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

 

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor?s degree in Marketing. 

 

Must possess a minimum of ten years of Marketing experience.

 

Must possess a strategic & tactical marketing background.

 

Must have good delegation and leadership skills, but also a ?hand?s on/can-do approach?.

 

Must possess experience in benefits and product creation customer research and analysis.

 

Must be experienced in Partner management.

 

Must be experienced in marketing-based business development initiatives. 

 

Must be a solid and seasoned strategic thinker.
