Director, Global Compensation (closed)
The Director, Global Compensation is responsible for the implementation and ongoing administration of the company's global compensation programs. This position is responsible for the overall design, development, implementation, and administration of global strategic compensation programs, along with the processes associated with supporting these programs. The incumbent partners with and advises the business partners and business leaders on compensation philosophies, programs, policies and practices, providing information and tools to effectively meet human capital and financial objectives for the organization and to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and organizational policies.
Additionally, this position oversees job evaluation, salary administration, all incentives, global considerations, and supplemental pay programs. The position coordinates the design and administration of aspects of executive programs such as short term incentives, long-term incentives, and base pay programs, and administers common review and salary administration programs. The successful individual in this position must possess best practices acumen and experience, understanding and experience with executive compensation, functional process and improvement opportunities, and an understanding of global compensation capabilities. This individual will serve as the main point of contact on all components of the global compensation program, and provide assistance to department staff and CFA Institute managers on various compensation related issues. The position participates in other HR matters within the team’s scope of responsibility, including special projects and certain employment-related programs and projects. This position requires the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism.
