Senior Sales Manager (FMCG Key Account)

Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers and marketer of consumer products with global presence.  With a dynamic and vibrant culture, they are seeking a highly result-driven industry professional to join their sales team to ensure the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate sales strategies and plans for assigned brands to optimize business growth
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets align with company goals
  • Grow business in key accounts including both supermarkets and convenience store
  • Maintain the relationships with strategic partners and lead the negotiation to maximize point of sales with wide coverage and minimize commercial costs
  • Manage effectively the sales budget with accurate sales forecast
  • Work with internal stakeholders such as marketing, trade sales, distributor, logistics team etc to implement business programs
  • Coach and develop the sales team

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business or related
  • 10 years key account and sales experience in FMCG with proven track record
  • Retail chains experience is a MUST
  • Strategic and self-motivated with strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
