Seeking Systems Analyst for Access and Revenue Cycle

Duties to include:  

Assist in the workflow documentation and analysis, requirements gathering and validation, configuration and build, and implementation of Epic’s patient access modules:  ADT/Prelude and Cadence in tandem with Epic’s revenue cycle modules:  Resolute HB, Resolute PB, Single Billing Office, Claims, and Coding & Abstracting, as well as Epic’s reporting tools: Clarity, Crystal Reports, and Reporting Workbench.  Position Required:Clarity/Crystal Reports/Reporting Workbench/MyEpic/Radar Analyst Specific

Job Related Duties:

• Lead discussions with functional groups to identify reporting requirements

• Develop reports and data extracts utilizing Crystal Reports and Reporting Workbench 

• Develop dashboards utilizing MyEpic/Radar

• Distribute Crystal reports through Business Objects Enterprise

• Provide support for Clarity reports, Reporting Workbench and MyEpic/Radar

• Actively participate in validation and requirements sessions

• High level customer service skills required

• Strong collaboration skills with operational and technical resources

• Performs related duties as required

Education/Experience:

• Epic certified in Reporting Workbench, Clarity for Resolute, ADT/Prelude, and Cadence
• Implementation of Epic’s Access and Revenue Cycle modules is a plus

Length of Assignment:  up to 12+ months
