Business Development Executive - Indianapolis, IN (closed)
The Business Development Executive will sell Custom Software Development services and solutions in Microsoft, IBM, Oracle and Java Technologies primarily in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas. This person will be a key piece of Perficient’s Indianapolis Business Unit and will need to have an assertive ability to initiate new relationships or leverage existing relationships with key IT and Business-level decision makers and significant influences within the sales buying cycle. This proven services and solutions sales professional will analyze customers’ Business and technical environment to identify opportunities for Perficient, then engage Perficient’s 'A' team once opportunities are qualified.
- Experience selling complex business integration focused solutions to the enterprise.
- Understanding of the business integration competitive landscape and key players.
- Understanding of integration solutions, web services, SOA, BPM as they pertain to business and IT value.
- Solid understanding of the software development process.
- Proven ability to articulate how current technologies are deployed to solve business challenges.
- Proven track record of solution based selling services at the CXO, EVP, SVP level inside large and mid-sized corporations.
- Experience selling custom software development solutions in Microsoft, IBM, and other Java technologies.
- 5+ years experience selling complex IT services solutions in a top tier professional services firm or within an organization with a large services division.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelors Degree, MBA or Master’s Degree is a plus
