Physical Therapist / PT - Full time or part time (closed)
Fox Rehabilitation is a private practice of full time and part time physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists who provide Geriatric House Calls™ - whether is a house, apartment, assisted living residence, adult medical care center, and with recent addition of services at our skilled nursing facilities, outpatient, and pediatric center. Fox was the first to deliver these services to the older population in their home under Medicare Part B, a model that permits providing the correct intensity and duration of care as indicated by individual need. Our patients do not require "homebound" status or have to be acutely ill, and thus the goal is to improve our patients' functional level, safety, well-being, and overall quality of life they deserve. Our focus is the rehabilitation of lives delivered through accessible, proactive, evidence-based therapy and functional outcome measures. We believe in the strength of people, the strength of our patients, and their ability to achieve what they once thought impossible.
We are a growing organization with 700 clinicians across 7 states who all share the spirit of innovation and a desire to achieve clinical excellence and professional fulfillment. We encourage you to consider becoming part of our industry changing team of thoughtful leaders. We are currently looking for full time and/or part time Physical Therapists to support our continued growth in South Carolina, as we expand from Charleston to Richland and Lexington counties. We are looking for PTs to provide care for our patients in the greater Columbia area. The caseload would consist of geriatric patients most facility-based, including Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Adult Day Care Centers, with some community-based patients as well.
Physical Therapists employed by Fox Rehab enjoy:
- Excellent support system: Fox provides significant support for clinicians and clinical leadership team. Our employee intranet and Fox University give you tools and clinical support to connect with peers throughout the country. The practice has been built around support systems to give clinicians all they need to succeed in achieving clinical excellence and professional fulfillment.
- Proactive approach & evidence-based programs and treatments: This model allows therapists to promote strength and well-being BEFORE a fall or other injury. We base everything we do on what works best, not on what's covered or what is traditionally done. There are no "set" number of treatments since our services are covered under Part B. This provides Fox clinicians with the ability to dose patients at the correct level and length of care as indicated by medical necessity.
- Overabundance of opportunities for continuing education: We provide several company-paid CEU courses, PACE program (clinical ladder that focuses on Professional, Academic and Clinical Excellence), and Geriatric Residency Training Program. We will also provide tuition reimbursements for clinicians who wish to specialize and achieve certifications and advanced degrees.
- Outstanding base salaries and remarkably generous benefits packages: including medical, dental, vision, overtime rates, paid time off, continuing education, employee referral bonus programs, and relocation packages to existing locations or for new territory expansion.
