Fox Rehabilitation is a private practice of full time and part time physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists who provide Geriatric House Calls™ - whether is a house, apartment, assisted living residence, adult medical care center, and with recent addition of services at our skilled nursing facilities, outpatient, and pediatric center. Fox was the first to deliver these services to the older population in their home under Medicare Part B, a model that permits providing the correct intensity and duration of care as indicated by individual need. We are currently looking for full time and/or part time Physical Therapists to support our continued growth in South Carolina, as we expand from Charleston to Richland and Lexington counties.  We are looking for PTs to provide care for our patients in the greater Columbia area.   The caseload would consist of geriatric patients most facility-based, including Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Adult Day Care Centers, with some community-based patients as well.
