• Experience architecting solutions based on the SharePoint 2010 platform 
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and processes into effective SharePoint solutions 
• Demonstrated ability to design logical and conceptual models for SharePoint 2010 architectures 
• Demonstrated experience in the following areas of SharePoint: Taxonomy, content types, features, web part development, master pages, page layouts, site definition customization, branding, information architecture, search, security, data modeling, Excel Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, InfoPath, workflows, farm setup & configuration/tuning, search customization, content deployment, backup & recovery, PowerShell scripting. 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
• Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, development and unit testing
