FrontRange Help Desk consultant (closed)
Our client is seeking someone to come in and assist on a contract basis as they have a need for someone with solid knowledge of FrontRange ITSM software.
We are in search of an experienced resource that can come in and assist with implementation, deployment, configurations as well as knowledge of any custom configurations that are possible within the tool suite.
The company has approx 1600 employees presently and is growing quickly - both organically and through acquisitions. There are approximately 300 users or so within the IT scope that could have potential to interface with FrontRange on a daily basis.
The client is more than willing to be flexible regarding work schedule for the consultant. The consultant would need to be onsite for the first few weeks in Charlotte then can work remote. After that, perhaps one week a month onsite is needed; the rest can be done remotely.
Requirement: ITIL certified
