Synergy Staffing is looking for a full time, .Net Developer with the following experience:

Required Experience

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science and/or Computer Engineering
• 3-5 years experience working as part of a team building large-scale Web-based software applications
• 2+ years building rich Web apps based on MVC Web frameworks like ASP.NET MVC, Rails, and Django
• Fluent in server-side languages like C#/.NET or Java
• Comfortable writing complex SQL queries
• Experience building and extending object models

 Desired Experience

• Experience building on the ASP.NET MVC Framework
• Fluent with LINQ
• Practical experience using version control software like Git and SVN in a team environment
• Compelled to build easily-readable, structured, high-quality testable code
• Experience with IDEs like Visual Studio 2010 and Eclipse
• Must be highly motivated
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet appropriate deadlines
• Ability to make design recommendations based on business rules and use case documents
• Strong oral and written communication is required
