Job Description
For a great software software company in Nashua, NH, we are recruiting an Inside Software Sales Representative. The responsibilities of this position will to be to manage the entire license renewal process working with the companys customers, their operations, sales and customer satisfaction teams.
The key responsibilities will be:
- identify customer renewals
- organize automated emails to be sent to some of the customers
- call the largest accounts to offer maintenance contract renewals
- liaise with the rest of the company for any new sales opportunities or technical support needs
The ideal candidates will:
- have a strong focus towards developing the business (and earn additional compensation)
- have superior communication skills
- be a self-starter, able to work with little supervision
- be very comfortable calling customers at all levels of seniority
- have strong Microsoft Office skills and particularly Excel
