Marco & Associates is a fast-growing local search and staffing firm dedicated to providing high quality resources for our clientele base.  Our focus areas are in Accounting, Finance and Technology.  Because of the major growth we experienced through 1st quarter, we are looking for a dynamic Contract Recruiter to help us supplement our current teams’ recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Business Development Team to thoroughly understand the positions and clients needs
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, closing offers, drafting new hire paperwork and facilitating the on-boarding process
• Identify talent though creative sourcing channels (social networking, internet research, cold calling, alumni networks, events, etc.)    
• Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably in 3rd party recruiting
• Experience with recruiting for Accounting, Finance and Technology
• Demonstrated experience executing full-cycle recruiting process
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with no fear of cold calling and networking  
• Bachelors degree in a Business related field
